Central Invoicing

Handling all your supplier administration takes away a number of time-consuming tasks for you as a Procumaint customer including invoice handling.

Our team manages all this on your behalf, using industry leading 3rd party systems we will manage the set-up of suppliers and the price negotiation on each job.  Our experienced technical  team will check vehicle histories and maintenance schedules to ensure the vehicle is maintained in line both safely and effectively.

This Maintence function can work so as invoices are routed directly to yourselves or alternatively via Procumaint so as to provide a central invoicing function.

As with the other fleet services that you may already receive from All Fleet Services, you have access to regular feedback reports set-up in advance to link with your systems. Depending on the Procumaint pricing structure you select, you can track and analyse ongoing issues behind your SMR spend and suppliers.
